What are the 3 phases of the program?
There are 3 phases of the Proven program.

Phase 1 is often the most challenging phase, but the good news is ... it only lasts one week! During your first week on the program, your goal is to eat only lean protein, and plenty of it. This task is made simpler with the help of prescription appetite suppressants which eliminate stomach growlings and late-night cravings. Because you will not be eating carbohydrates, your store of carbohydrates will deplete and your body will start burning fat to get energy. This is called ketosis, and is an important part of Phase 1.

Phase 2 is where the real work of losing weight begins, and it may last anywhere from 10 weeks to 10 months, depending on how much weight you are determined to lose. Every week, you will come in for an appointment that includes a body fat analysis and weigh-in, prescription renewal, and a MIC Injection (to keep the body running efficiently). You will also have the opportunity to consult with our physician who will oversee your progress and make adjustments to your program as necessary. And you will get advice, tips, and weight loss ideas from our dedicated medical assistants who will be cheering you on every ounce of the way. You will learn how to change your relationship with food in a most healthy, slimming way.

Once you have reached your goal weight, you begin Phase 3, what we call the "maintenance phase." There are no more weekly visits, you've been weaned off the appetite suppressants and now you spend your days shopping for "skinny" clothes! During Phase 3, you call the shots. You are invited to stop in periodically for a weigh-in and MIC injection, or just so say hi.
And you can always come back to us, if the pounds come back to you. As a former client, you are always welcome to come back for a week or two without paying a start-up fee (as long as your EKG and blood work are relatively recent.) It's a great way to quickly drop 5 or 10 unwanted pounds!
