Payment is expected at time of service and may be made by cash, check or credit card. In addition, Dr. Singer's Office Manager will be happy to speak with you about special payment arrangements when you visit for your office consultation. Dr. Singer also accepts the following insurance: Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana and Medicare.
